RBT Ready LLC is recruiting a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for one of our ABA partner organizations serving the Yoder/rural Colorado area. This opportunity is open to both experienced RBTs and individuals interested in beginning a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Current RBT certification is welcomed but is not required for this opening.

$26-$30 per hour Part-time In-person 1 opening available Flexible scheduling based on available client cases Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support under clinical supervision Implement assigned behavior and skill-building programs Collect accurate session data Follow clinical programming and treatment protocols Communicate professionally with the supervising clinical team Maintain reliable attendance for assigned cases Qualifications RBT certification preferred but not required Candidates interested in entering the ABA field are encouraged to apply Caregiving, childcare, special-needs support, education, behavioral health, or similar experience is a plus Ability to complete required background and employment screenings Reliable transportation to the Yoder/rural Colorado area Dependable, professional, and willing to learn Qualified entry-level candidates and experienced RBTs are encouraged to apply.
