Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses for assigned students Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Train and support teachers and support staff on behavioral strategies and data collection methods Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team Maintain documentation and prepare required progress reports to ensure compliance with educational standards Serve as a resource for evidence-based practices in behavior management and positive reinforcement This contract position provides a unique opportunity to impact young lives while collaborating as part of a dedicated educational team.
