Job Description

FamilyWise Behavior Solutions is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or Behavior Therapists (BTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism and developmental differences, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. At FamilyWise, we provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. We are committed to empowering both our clients and clinicians to thrive. As an RBT or BT, you will play a vital role in helping children reach their full potential. You will work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a collaborative environment and receive ongoing support, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based behavioral strategies to support skill development and independence Build positive, engaging relationships with clients through play-based learning and structured activities Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data to track client progress Participate in supervision sessions with BCBAs to receive coaching, feedback, and ongoing support Collaborate with families and clinical team members to promote consistency and client success Support family education by reinforcing behavioral strategies and interventions Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities Qualifications Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, healthcare, or a related field preferred Ability to pass a background check Passion for working with children and supporting developmental growth Ability to actively engage with clients, including sitting on the floor, transitioning between sitting and standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds Why Join FamilyWise?
