Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, working full-time with K-12 students for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. In this onsite role, you'll bring your expertise to a collaborative school environment, helping shape effective behavior intervention plans and guiding a team of dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians. Your leadership and clinical skills will foster meaningful growth for students, while you enjoy a vibrant workplace near the Fairfield, CT area.
What Youll Do:
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans for students in K-12. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring high standards in daily client care. Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support for students. Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement in student outcomes. Stay current on best practices and regulatory standards for school-based ABA services.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Active BCBA licensure is required. Previous experience working with children or adolescents in school settings strongly preferred. Expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments and crafting effective behavior intervention plans. Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative educational support team.
