We take a multidisciplinary, team-based approach to helping each child reach their full potential across home, community, and clinic settings. Now offering a $250 hiring bonus! Position Overview As an ABA Therapist, you will work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm are key. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Provide services in clinic, home, and community settings Collect and record data daily (DTT, NET, manding, behavior tracking, task analyses, etc.) Assist with preparation of therapy materials Follow and implement supervision and consultation recommendations Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members Bring energy, creativity, and a willingness to be playful and engaging!
