Primary responsibilities include: Providing behavior analytic treatment and supervision to children and adolescents with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders in a clinic-based setting Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians Providing and facilitating family support and training The successful candidate will possess: Experience in delivering, designing, and implementing evidence-based treatment to individuals with ASD Experience in leading evidence-based social skills groups Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Desire to work as part of a larger team interdisciplinary team of BCBAs, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologist, and others Experience providing supervision to BCBA supervisee candidates This position also includes: Weekly direct supervision with a senior or doctorate level BCBA Weekly participation in clinical teams and group supervision Participation in center-based professional development for Type 2 CEs Opportunities for growth and development of clinical skills Additional training opportunities PFA/SBT and ESDM available Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians throughout the organization.
