Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Behavioral Analyst Greenwich, Connecticut Contract Mar 23, 2026 Are you an exceptional BCBA with a passion for making a difference? We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's) to work in the Greenwich, CT area Get ready to elevate your career in the school setting with guaranteed hours, weekday stability, and competitive compensation for both direct and indirect time. We partner with local public schools to offer the perfect balance of a smaller practice within a rewarding school schedule. Join a team that values professional freedom and is led by therapists like you. 1099 (not eligible for benefits) - $75/hr W2 w/ benefits - $68/hr W2 and 1099 options available No non-competes in our contracts
Requirements:
A Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices BCBA Certification (Required) Possess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation Strong data collection and analysis skills Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required W2

Role Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement behavior intervention strategies Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Join a team that is run by therapists for therapists!
