What you'll bring: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification At least 2 years of experience in behavioral support or special education settings Paraprofessional skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Ability to deliver both individual and small group behavioral interventions Strong communication abilities for working with teachers, therapists, and families Your responsibilities will include: Providing direct 1:1 behavioral support for students on the Autism Spectrum Assisting in classrooms to promote positive behavioral strategies and learning engagement Collaborating with educators and support staff to create individualized intervention plans Tracking student progress and documenting behavioral data Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a welcoming rapport with students In addition to the competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $24 per hour, enjoy access to insurance and 401k benefits.
