Full-Time, Monday- Friday We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract assignment for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year.

A team committed to making your transition and placement seamless. Key Responsibilities- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct and consultative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students with behavioral and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, school psychologists, related service providers, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Train and support school staff on evidence-based behavior management techniques and intervention implementation.
- Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and adjust intervention plans as needed to maximize student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications & Requirements
