Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Elementary & Middle School 2026-2027 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time position supports students across elementary and middle school settings while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team focused on student success and positive behavioral outcomes. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Provide behavioral consultations and team collaboration. Train and support BTs and RBTs. Monitor behavioral programs and student progress. Focus on assessment, consultation, training, and program oversight. Exceptional Team Support This position offers a highly supportive environment with: 2 School Social Workers Multiple BTs and RBTs Special Education Teachers Collaborative school-based teams committed to student growth and success Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Eligibility to work as a BCBA in Connecticut Experience in school-based settings preferred Strong skills in behavioral assessment, consultation, and staff training Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Compensation for this position ranges from $43.50 to $63.50.
