Key Qualifications:
Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience with elementary-aged students preferred Prior background working within school environments highly regarded Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Familiarity with data-driven behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide expert behavioral analysis and support for an elementary caseload until June 18th Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavioral plans Offer direct support to students and guidance to staff Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Serve as a key resource for positive behavioral strategies
