Job Description
Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eager to make an impact in a school setting near Norwich, CT. This contract position will support a summer program, running from July 7 to July 30 (Mondays through Thursdays), offering daytime hours from 8:30am to 12:30pm. You'll have the chance to work closely with students from pre-K to 8th grade, collaborating with educators and staff on meaningful behavioral interventions.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Demonstrated experience working within school environments Comfortable serving pre-K through 8th grade populations Background in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively Previous experience with summer programs is a plusPrimary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention strategies Provide ongoing data analysis to ensure positive student outcomes Train and consult with school staff on behavioral techniques Support a diverse student population, meeting a range of behavioral and educational needs Participate in team meetings as requiredBenefits and Perks:
