Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by supporting K-12 students through expert behavioral analysis in a vibrant educational setting. This contract opportunity, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 2027—with the option to extend over the summer session—offers the chance to work hands-on across a diverse student population. Desired Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Previous experience working in school settings is essential Strong background working with K-12 students, with the ability to adapt interventions across various age groups Skilled at conducting functional behavior assessments and developing data-driven intervention plans Excellent communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents Comfortable providing support in-person within classroom settings
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive behavioral assessments and support for K-12 caseload during the school year (approximately 35 hours per week) Provide direct hands-on intervention and model best practices for instructional staff Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with educational staff and families to promote student success and positive behavior Offer ongoing training and guidance to school personnel and caregivers Opportunity to work extended school year (ESY) following core school year Enjoy a highly engaging assignment where your expertise is valued, your schedule is set for consistent hours, and you will directly contribute to shaping positive student outcomes.
