Develop and implement individualized Treatment Planning and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.

Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.

Monitor client progress through Data Collection and analysis, making data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of intervention strategies.

Provide parent training and support to promote generalization of skills in the home and community settings.

Maintain client Confidentiality and adhere to all relevant ethical guidelines.

Utilize Behaviour Therapy techniques to address a range of behavioral challenges.

Demonstrate Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively with a team.

Foster Social Skills development in clients through targeted interventions.
