We are seeking motivated and caring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Position Summary As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients to implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help clients build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills while providing support in a positive and engaging environment. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in home, clinic, school, or community settings. Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA. Collect and record accurate session data. Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and families. Assist clients in developing communication, social, and independent living skills. Attend trainings, supervision meetings, and team meetings. Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical standards.

Qualifications Required:

High School Diploma or GED. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check. Passion for working with children and helping others succeed.

Preferred:

RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification. Experience working with children, special education, behavioral health, or ABA therapy. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
