The Speech Pathology Group and Rehab Services of CT (SPGCT) is expanding its ABA services at our Shelton & Southbury, Connecticut locations! We are a private practice seeking a part-time or full-time BCBA to join our ABA team. We provide clinic-based and in-home services throughout Connecticut.

We need:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Connecticut Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in supervision. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Experience with BACB supervision, hiring, and staff training. Must have 8-Hour Supervision training. What you'll do: Training for newly hired BTs and RBTs, including completing all required RBT competencies. Maintain a smaller caseload, delivering 24 hours of billable direct therapy services per week. Travel between Shelton and Southbury clinics as needed to supervise staff and provide clinical services. Collaborate with BCBA's regarding technicians and their clients. Conduct regular team meetings to review ongoing performance, offering guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations for BTs and RBTs. Collaborate with the Head of ABA Clinic and ABA Department Manager on clinical needs, program updates, and staff development initiatives. Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation. Performance Reviews of BTs/RBTs yearly 90-day Check-in for all BTs/RBTs Oversee all RBT competencies and supervision requirements
