Make a Meaningful Impact at Sallyz Center for Autism Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a flexible, rewarding opportunity? Sallyz Center for Autism is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, motivated BCBA to join our center-based team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential while working alongside a collaborative and supportive clinical team, we'd love to connect with you. What We Offer Part-time position Flexible scheduling throughout the summer After-school hours available during the fall Center-based services only—no in-home appointments Competitive pay Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment What You'll Do Complete behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members to ensure quality care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Deliver services in compliance with BACB ethics and professional standards Qualifications Current BCBA certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Two years of BCBA experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Experience working with children with autism is preferred A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families Why Join Sallyz Center for Autism?
