The Speech Pathology Group and Rehab Services of CT (SPGCT) is expanding its ABA services at our Southbury, Connecticut location! We are a private practice seeking a part-time or full-time BCBA to join our ABA team. We provide clinic-based and in-home services throughout Connecticut. Our mission is to provide individualized treatment for each of our clients utilizing all aspects of ABA, with an emphasis on play-based therapy and naturalistic teaching strategies. We are ready and willing to train the right candidate in this approach. In addition to
ABA, SPGCT
offers families a broad range of services, including speech, occupational, physical, and aquatic therapy.

Flexible schedules Full-time & part-time opportunities Positive, collaborative team environment Shelton & Southbury clinic options Great fit for experienced clinicians, working parents, recent grads, or anyone looking for better work-life balance We welcome retirees, and near-retirees looking for flexible or part-time hours Supportive BCBA leadership, supervision, and collaboration at every experience level Growth and advancement opportunities within the organization Add billable hour monthly bonuses available As a BCBA, you will: Help develop and facilitate mentoring and supervision programs Provide training and ongoing evaluation of staff performance Collaborate and co-treat with other professionals within the practice to provide comprehensive, team-based care Partner with the clinical and management teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients, families, and the organization Collaborate with multiple BCBAs across our Southbury and Shelton locations Create and monitor data collection protocols Conduct and participate in team meetings to review client progress and treatment plans Conduct initial assessments while managing a caseload of clients and supervising clinical staff Engage in ongoing professional development to learn, maintain, and teach evidence-based behavioral strategies Foster compassionate, humble, flexible, creative, and progressive clinical practices Qualifications BCBA Certification and Connecticut licensure (required) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (required) Experience working with pediatric clients (early intervention preferred) Experience providing both clinic-based and in-home services (preferred)
