The position involves working in a K-12 educational setting, interacting with students of varying behavioral needs. Responsibilities include developing FBAs and BIPs, attending PPT meetings, and consulting with educational teams. This is a travel position, requiring visits to multiple locations within the area. You will work Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week, but note that compensation is for hours worked only—with no pay for school holidays or closures due to workshops or inclement weather. • Current Certification as BCBA issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Active BCBA Certification in CT
• At least 1,500 hours of supervised field work
• Clear, articulate communication skills
• Ability to explain results to a varied audience
• Candidates with previous school experience a plus!
