opportunities that could include a unique combination of experiential opportunities in three (3) very different settings (all under under one roof): School-Based Consulting 13,000 sq. ft. Learning Center (clinic) and new 20,000 sq. ft. Responsibilities Include:
Provide direct support to students, children and families with special needs including program development, behavioral assessments and development of behavioral interventions Provide motivation and encouragement for learning during sessions Supervision of RBTs Collect progress monitoring data and write / manage consult or session notes Manage a flexible schedule Attend all required training and meetings
Job Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing and licensed in Connecticut Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs in a school setting Work effectively and collaboratively with BCBAs, RBTs, school staff, families and children Must be able to work independently Maintain confidentiality and adhere to appropriate ethical standards Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills EOE -
