Part-Time ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) After-School Social Skills Program | Windsor, CT Are you passionate about helping children build friendships, communication, and confidence? Join the team at Creative Interventions as a Part-Time ABA Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our engaging, clinic-based Social Skills Program. We are seeking enthusiastic team members to provide ABA services to children and adolescents ages 5-15 in structured, after-school social skills groups. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and helping children develop meaningful peer relationships through fun, evidence-based activities. Facilitate engaging activities that target communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, flexibility, problem-solving, and friendship skills. Support positive peer interactions and model appropriate social behavior. Collect accurate data and complete session documentation. Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow team members to promote client success. Help create a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where children can learn and grow. Qualifications Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification). Experience working with children or adolescents is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about helping children develop social and life skills. Schedule Part-time After-school hours (approximately 4:00 PM-6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday) Flexible scheduling based on availability and program needs. Pay Competitive hourly pay based on experience and credentials.
