Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a dynamic school environment. This full-time, onsite role supports multiple educational sites and provides crucial behavioral guidance and programming for students and staff. Put your expertise to work in developing functional behavior assessments, implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a passionate community of educators and families.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active BCBA license required; must submit a valid/active license with your application Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred Familiarity with designing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral intervention plans Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites Commitment to supporting positive student outcomes and staff development
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop targeted intervention plans for students Provide ongoing consultation and training for educators and staff regarding behavior support strategies Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and inform recommendations Foster collaboration with school leadership, teachers, families, and support teams Remain up-to-date on best practices in ABA and relevant educational guidelines Maintain accurate records and contribute to required reporting for compliance
Additional Details:
Full-time, 35 hours per week with an unpaid lunch break Onsite support across multiple schools Position extends through the academic year until June 2027 Candidates are responsible for $85 CBC fingerprinting and completion of a contractor packet (including TB test, fingerprint receipt, Child Protective Registry check) Please note onboarding processes may require up to 5 business days for district approval If you are a dedicated BCBA ready to inspire positive change within a supportive educational community, we invite you to apply today!
