Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role supporting students through behavioral intervention and personalized learning! Schools in the Bear, DE area are seeking a skilled professional to join the team as a contract-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about promoting positive outcomes in educational environments. In this role, you'll collaborate with staff and families to develop behavior intervention strategies tailored for student success. You'll assess, design, and oversee the implementation of ABA programs, working closely with educators and support personnel to ensure the highest quality of care and support for each student.
Qualifications & Experience:
BCBA certification in good standing required Experience as an ABA Therapist in educational settings preferred Strong skills in functional behavioral assessment and intervention design Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to maintain detailed records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments to identify student needs Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Provide staff training and ongoing support in ABA strategies Analyze data and adjust intervention plans as needed for optimal results Consult with teachers, families, and allied professionals to foster student development Maintain compliance with all documentation and ethical standards
