Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact working within a dynamic school environment as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As part of a dedicated educational team, you'll play a vital role in supporting students' behavioral and learning needs in a collaborative setting. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your specialized skills and experience in a supportive atmosphere.
Desired Qualifications:
Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience delivering ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) interventions in school or pediatric settings Ability to implement behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Strong communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families Compassion, reliability, and adaptability within educational environments Proficiency in data collection and progress documentation
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to students, following outlined intervention plans Support classroom teachers and school staff with behavior management techniques Collect and record accurate behavioral data for ongoing assessment and progress reports Participate in team meetings and collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and families on student goals Implement interventions and strategies to promote positive behaviors and skill development Help foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for all students This contract role is ideal for RBTs looking to further their experience in a school-based setting and make a daily difference in students' educational journeys.
