Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role serving early childhood and elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity runs from August 20th to June 11th and offers the chance to make a difference with a manageable caseload of around 15 students in grades PK-5, working 37.5 hours per week.
Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience or strong interest in working in school-based settings Proficiency in conducting behavioral assessments and implementing behavior plans Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families Familiarity with IEP and ESR processes encouraged
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students across early childhood and elementary grade levels Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans to address students' unique needs Provide consultation, coaching, and support to teaching and support staff Actively participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, contributing to multidisciplinary planning Foster collaborative relationships with school teams and families to support positive behavioral, social, and academic outcomes Collect and analyze data to inform interventions and progress monitoring Serve as a resource for best practices in behavioral interventions within the school community As a valued member of the educational team, your expertise will guide students and staff, contributing to a positive learning environment.
