Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Experience working in early childhood and/or elementary educational settings preferred Familiarity with behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data-driven decision-making Skill in consultation, staff coaching, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students in PK-5 Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Provide consultation and coaching to teachers and support staff Participate actively in IEP and evaluation meetings Collaborate with families and school teams to support student social, behavioral, and educational growth
