Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make an impact in the lives of students by providing essential behavioral oversight and support within an engaging school environment. This contract opportunity spans the full academic year, focusing on students in the Autism and Early Years Program who demonstrate moderate to severe cognitive abilities. The position is full-time, working on-site Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week, ensuring consistent support and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Prior school-based experience is strongly preferred Demonstrated expertise in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and program development Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with staff, students, and families Experience supporting students with autism and complex cognitive needs is desirable Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral support and program development for students enrolled in the Autism and Early Years Program Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Provide ongoing coaching, modeling, and training for educational staff Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to optimize learning and behavioral outcomes Collaborate closely with educators, related service providers, and families to ensure comprehensive support Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations and ethical guidelines This position offers the chance to work in a dedicated team, advancing your skills in a supportive and purpose-driven environment.
