BCBA- School Setting

Voted Philadelphia Business Journals Best Places to Work 2024 Join the CritiCare Team -Monday-Friday, School Day Hours We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs in a school setting. The BCBA will work collaboratively with staff and families to develop and implement effective behavior interventions that promote student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative behavior support to students Train and support teachers, aides, and staff on behavior strategies Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting Strong data analysis, communication, and collaboration skills
