Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection Excellent interpersonal, communication, and observation skills Flexibility, reliability, and a collaborative spirit Ability to follow behavior intervention plans consistently and adapt as needed
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to students as outlined by supervising BCBA Implement individualized educational, treatment, and behavioral plans Collect and record data on student progress, behaviors, and response to interventions Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education teams, and other school professionals Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing staff training for professional growth Support a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for students at all times This contract role offers diverse school experiences and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in students' lives.
