Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to an impactful summer program supporting students within a vibrant educational community. This contract opportunity is designed for certified RBTs ready to provide essential services as part of an Autism Program in a school-based setting.
What We're Looking For:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Previous school-based or pediatric/elementary experience (highly preferred) Ability to participate in required professional development days and commit to the full summer program schedule Comfortable working onsite throughout the contract period Dependable transportation and excellent punctuality
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral support services for students with autism, following individualized plans and district guidance Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and district professionals to promote skill acquisition and positive behaviors Collect and document data on student progress in accordance with program protocols Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond to student needs throughout the day Maintain high professional standards and adhere to all district and legal guidelines
Program Schedule:
Professional Development Days:
June 23-24 (Tuesday & Wednesday, 8:30 AM-3:00 PM; 6.5 hours/day)
In-Service Program:
July 6-August 6 (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM; 7 hours/day, 28 hours/week) Openings at two locations, with one RBT needed for each site Benefits include working with a dedicated educational team and gaining valuable experience in a dynamic school environment.
