Job Description

BrightBloom celebrate the unique gifts and talents of children with autism and developmental disorders. We partner with parents, families, and schools to maximize the learning potential of each child through compassionate, science-based ABA therapy applied in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. The RBT works closely and collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement programs based on different approaches such as Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial Programming, Natural Environment Teaching and Social Skills. As an RBT, you will be responsible for conducting a therapy session, collecting data, documenting behaviors and providing a session summary to the parent and BCBA.
Position Requirements:
. Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred but not required. Prior experience working with children is beneficial. Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for working with and helping children. Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities is required. Must be able to implement behavior support plans, complete clinical and administrative tasks as designated by a supervisor. Must have ability to bend, lift, run, stoop, kneel and be able to quickly transition from a seated floor position to standing position. Must have ability to deal with moderate challenging behaviors
