Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Embrace a rewarding opportunity to support young learners as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at an early childhood and elementary school serving students in grades PK-5. This contract role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact during the school year, beginning August 20th and concluding on the last student day, June 11th. With a manageable caseload of approximately 15 students, you'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to promote student growth and positive outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working in a school setting, preferably with early childhood and elementary students Expertise in conducting behavioral assessments and developing effective intervention plans Ability to coach and provide consultation to staff at various experience levels Skilled in collaborative teamwork and establishing rapport with families Participation in IEP and ESR meetings as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify student needs Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with school teams and families to foster student success Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and professional support to school staff Attend and contribute to IEP and ESR meetings to ensure holistic planning Track and evaluate behavioral data, adjusting interventions as necessary Promote positive social, behavioral, and educational outcomes for all assigned students This position offers a 37.5 hour workweek in a dynamic, collaborative environment, focused on supporting a diverse group of learners through the 2024-2025 academic year.
