Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Wilmington, Delaware BlazerJobs - 3.4 Wilmington, DE Job Details Contract 2 days ago Qualifications BCBA Full Job Description Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a vibrant educational community in the Wilmington, DE area. This contract assignment offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled BCBA with a passion for making a measurable impact in school settings, beginning August 25th, 2026, and concluding June 8th, 2027. You'll play a pivotal role across 2-3 school sites, supporting students, staff, and the broader educational mission.
Desired Qualifications:
Active and current Delaware BCBA certification (must be submitted with resume for consideration) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Demonstrated experience delivering behavioral services in school environments Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and intervention plans Excellent collaboration and communication abilities Prior experience supervising or training paraprofessionals is highly valued Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as a behavioral resource across assigned school sites throughout the academic year Conduct functional behavioral assessments, implement intervention strategies, and monitor student progress Supervise and support paraprofessionals, including conducting interviews for new hires at assigned sites Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families for effective student outcomes Provide staff development and consultation on positive behavioral supports Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all professional and state regulations This contract role offers consistent weekday hours (Monday through Friday) totaling 37.5 hours weekly, allowing you to focus your talent on delivering impactful behavioral supports in a school setting with a manageable caseload.
