Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Responsibilities :
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to implement behavioral strategies in inclusive settings. Support students with diverse needs, including ADHD, autism, and emotional disabilities, to foster a positive learning environment. Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavioral management best practices.
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Qualifications :
Current BCBA certification Experience and knowledge of working within a school-based environment. A commitment to diversity, equity, and anti-racist practices.
