We are seeking a Clinic-Based BCBA to lead and oversee services in our ABA clinic. What You'll Do Provide clinical oversight for our clinic-based ABA program serving children on the autism spectrum Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and clinical staff Analyze data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes Partner with families to provide education, guidance, and encouragement Help strengthen and grow a program that changes lives every day What We're Looking For Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Active BCBA certification A strong passion for serving children with autism and developmental disabilities Leadership mindset with a commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care If you're looking for a BCBA role where your expertise truly matters—and where you'll have the support of a mission-driven nonprofit behind you—we'd love to meet you.
