This is a part-time (AFTERNOON) direct-care position for an RBT who is already certified and has at least one year of experience providing ABA services to children . We are looking for a professional who values high-quality care, clinical collaboration, ethical practice, and meaningful client progress. Position Responsibilities Provide one-to-one ABA services to children under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written Collect accurate, objective session data Complete session documentation within required timeframes Use reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA procedures as trained Build positive, professional relationships with clients and caregivers Participate in supervision, training, and clinical feedback Communicate promptly regarding scheduling, client concerns, and barriers to treatment Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries Follow Baylight policies, BACB requirements, and all applicable clinical and payer standards Required Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB Minimum of one year of direct RBT or ABA experience working with children Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education or related fields.
