This is a part-time (AFTERNOON) direct-care position for an RBT who is already certified and has at least one year of experience providing ABA services to children . We are looking for a professional who values high-quality care, clinical collaboration, ethical practice, and meaningful client progress. Position Responsibilities Provide one-to-one ABA services to children under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written Collect accurate, objective session data Complete session documentation within required timeframes Use reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA procedures as trained Build positive, professional relationships with clients and caregivers Participate in supervision, training, and clinical feedback Communicate promptly regarding scheduling, client concerns, and barriers to treatment Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries Follow Baylight policies, BACB requirements, and all applicable clinical and payer standards Required Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB Minimum of one year of direct RBT or ABA experience working with children Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education or related fields. Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain before beginning services Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English Reliable transportation to client service locations in or near Pembroke Pines Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings Strong attendance, punctuality, and documentation habits Ability to receive and implement clinical feedback Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications Experience providing services in home, school, community, or clinic-based settings Experience supporting autistic and other neurodivergent children Experience responding safely and professionally to challenging behavior Familiarity with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems Availability during after-school, evening, or weekend hours What Baylight Offers Competitive compensation Consistent clinical support and BCBA supervision Professional development and ongoing training A supportive, ethical, and collaborative work environment Opportunities for growth as the organization expands A leadership team committed to quality care, staff development, and sustainable caseloads Schedule Part-time Schedule based on client needs and candidate availability Applicants should provide their exact recurring weekly availability when applying Baylight Behavioral Health LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
