In this rewarding position, you will implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change. Duties Implement behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients' developmental goals Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses accurately and consistently to inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting to promote independence Use behavioral management techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors in a safe manner Collaborate with supervising clinicians and team members to ensure treatment plans are followed effectively Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Support the development of social, communication, and functional skills through engaging teaching strategies tailored to each individual Requirements Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment start date Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and behavior management techniques Ability to collect detailed data accurately during therapy sessions and maintain thorough medical records Strong understanding of medical terminology, care plans, and HIPAA compliance related to behavioral health services Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various hours based on client needs Join us in making a lasting impact by supporting individuals on their journey toward greater independence.
