Job Description

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a BCBA. The RBT ensures that all interventions are delivered with fidelity, maintains accurate data collection, and supports the client's progress toward individualized treatment goals.
Core Duties:
Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Follow treatment plans and BIPs as written by the BCBA Collect and record session data accurately and in real time Assist in generalization of skills across environments Maintain professional and ethical standards per BACB guidelines Participate in supervision and ongoing training
