has managed care plan contracts ! , LOW CASELOAD, BCBA,BCaBAs ON SITE .

Duties:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect data on client behaviors and progress towards goals Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)/ ADHD, or other disabilities. Use reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent treatment approaches Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Experience:

Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Additional Information:

Our center is team-focused, with multiple BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Office Assistants to support our RBT staff. Luminescence Therapy collaborates with Speech and Occupational Therapy professionals to provide comprehensive care. Quarterly raises based on performance
