Job Description
Golden Care Therapy is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies. You will collect accurate session data, collaborate closely with families and clinical supervisors, and participate in ongoing training within a supportive, mission-driven, and growth-focused team environment. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home and/or center-based settings under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans. Collect and record accurate session data using electronic systems. Monitor client progress and communicate observations to supervising clinicians. Collaborate with families to support consistency of treatment strategies at home. Follow clinical protocols to promote safety, engagement, and learning. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback. Maintain professional, timely communication with supervisors and care teams. Support generalization of skills across settings and caregivers. Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards in all client interactions.
