Job Description

New Patterns ABA is looking for caring, dedicated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our growing team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while gaining hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Position Overview:
As part of our team, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification (preferred, not required) Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
