Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This paid position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions and helping clients develop essential skills. As an RBT, you'll work closely with a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver personalized support that promotes growth, independence, and improved quality of life. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support clients' developmental goals. Collect and record data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and other self-care routines. Support children and individuals with autism in developing communication, social, and behavioral skills through engaging teaching strategies. Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency in behavior management and therapeutic approaches. Foster a positive, patient-centered environment that encourages growth, learning, and emotional well-being. Skills Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Proficiency in data collection methods and maintaining detailed medical records. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health and patient care. Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior management strategies effectively. Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with clients, families, and team members. Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA standards for protecting client information. IMPORTANT
We are seeking a certified RBT to provide in-home ABA services for a 6-year-old client diagnosed with autism. Spanish Language is required 25 approved hours per week Afternoon schedule

Active RBT certification Experience working with children Reliable and professional Spanish Language is required Immediate availability preferred.

Up to $30.00 per hour
