Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Delray Beach area. If you are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English Active RBT certification required Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RBT Medicaid provider status preferred Must reside in or near
Delray Beach, FL Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Accurately collect and record data during sessions Maintain professionalism and clear communication with families and team members
