Job Description

Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals diagnosed with autism. In this important role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your compassionate and energetic approach will support growth, independence, and the development of positive behaviors through evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Duties Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Collaborate with team members to develop and update individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring all medical documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date Qualifications Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required Strong interest in teaching, behavior management, and supporting individuals with autism or other developmental challenges Ability to follow detailed instructions and accurately collect data during sessions Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients, families, and team members High school diploma or equivalent required; ongoing education in special education or related fields is advantageous Must be able to work flexible hours, including afternoons or evenings depending on client needs Must be able to travel to and from Eglin AFB (Military ID card preferred but not required) Join us to empower individuals through compassionate care, evidence-based interventions, and a vibrant team environment. $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
