Job Overview Are you passionate about helping children thrive? Lumino ABA is hiring reliable, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team providing ABA therapy in school and homes. We support you with mentorship, flexible schedules, and top-tier hourly pay based on experience and performance up to $26/hour.

Duties Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders Implement behavior intervention plans, and follow specific protocol designed by the BCBA Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions Provide direct support and care to clients, focusing on improving their behavioral skills and overall quality of life. Educate and support families on behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomes Collaborate with stakeholders and BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA and stakeholders. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures. Qualifications Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting High School Diploma Active RBT certification from the BACB Active Medicaid Provider ID Reliable transportation Experience working with children High degree of professionalism and commitment to punctuality Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team Ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions
Nice-to-Haves:
Bilingual (Spanish) Associate's or Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or a related field Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques Availability for full-time (25-35+ hours/week) Apply now with your resume!
