Why You'll Love It Here Competitive pay with performance incentives, starting at $70,000 a year Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance ️ Balanced caseloads that set you up for success Company-issued uniforms, computer, and clinical materials Supportive administrative back office to keep things running smoothly Regular team meetings for collaboration with Lead BCBAs Use of Motivity for efficient program management and data tracking Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Accident, critical illness, and life insurance Telehealth services Generous paid time off and holiday package CEU support and professional growth opportunities What You'll Be Doing Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Track progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and client needs Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals Keep documentation organized and aligned with ethical and clinical standards Use Motivity for seamless program management and data collection Stay sharp with ongoing professional development Maintain 30-35 billable hours per week , including direct 1:1 ABA therapy and protocol updates for your cases What You Bring Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Current BCBA certification through the BACB Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred) Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills A positive attitude and a team-first mindset We're building strong foundations—one client, one family, one team member at a time.
