Responsibilities Provide direct support to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist clients with daily living activities and promote independence. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support. Stay informed about best practices in behavior analysis and special education.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

ABA with oversight by a BCBA (must be truthful): 1 year (Required)

Language:
