Registered Behavior Technician ABA Applied Behavior Solutions Fort Myers, FL Job Details Full-time $28 - $30 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications RBT Certification English High school diploma or GED Experience working with children Full Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time / Part-Time | In-Person We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA team, with immediate case availability for qualified candidates ready to start . We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and professional individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful difference in their daily lives. We provide services throughout Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Naples, Arcadia, Port Charlotte, and surrounding areas, giving RBTs greater flexibility in finding cases closer to home. Requirements Active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent English proficiency required Reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and professional Must pass required background screening Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy Implement treatment and behavior plans Collect session data Complete required documentation Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and families
