In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote positive growth and skill acquisition. Your expertise will guide families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive environment that encourages progress and independence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your clinical skills in a collaborative setting dedicated to patient-centered care and impactful outcomes. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles tailored to each client's goals. Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency across environments and maximize client success. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on intervention strategies and data collection procedures. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records, documentation, and patient confidentiality at all times. Participate in intake assessments, treatment planning meetings, and ongoing clinical reviews to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, medical documentation, and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Ability to perform thorough behavioral health evaluations and conduct diagnostic assessments effectively. Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and educational professionals.
