Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring each client receives compassionate, patient-centered care. As a BCBA, you will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress and enhance quality of life. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans rooted in applied behavior analysis principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure client progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care strategies and facilitate consistent support across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, treatment records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality. Participate in intake assessments and ongoing patient care planning to ensure comprehensive understanding of each client's unique needs. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education strategies. Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and medical records management. Excellent patient assessment skills coupled with the ability to develop tailored intervention plans. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards essential for maintaining confidentiality. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. Join us in making a meaningful difference! $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
